What is your Refund Policy?
If your are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns:
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from that date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging you received it in, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect the item for any damages or flaws and notify you immediately of our finding and status of your return and refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 14 days for the refunded amount to show as credited back to your credit card.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying all shipping cost on returned item(s), and shipping cost will not be refunded or waived on returned items.
