F.A.Q.

This is a common question for us, and a very good one! The short answer is no, the pens are not refillable. There are a couple of reasons for this:

1. In order to maintain the pens "leak proof" status, we needed these pens to be manufactured with several barriers to prevent any chance of CLP oil leaking out. If we sacrificed this feature to make the pens refillable, the chance for leaks would be exponentially greater.
2. We believe the CLP oil we fill the pens with is the finest on the market. We do not want our pen associated with any other oil that may not be up to our performance standards.

The beauty of this product is in its simplicity. There is a "How To" video in the making, but you can review the short list below to get started using your groundbreaking firearm lubrication, cleaning, and protecting pen now!

1. Uncap the pen.
2. You will notice a small air bubble in the top of the CLP oil when the pen is held up vertically, with the brush facing up.
3. Twist the bottom of the pen until the air bubble disappears and the tip of the pen is saturated to your liking.
4. "Paint" the oil onto any high friction areas on your firearm.
   1. If your intention is to clean your firearm, simply wipe off the first coat, and reapply another for storage and protection.
5. Run the pen tip over a towel or piece of fabric to clear off any excess carbon, typically we just do a few figure 8s.
6. Re-cap the pen, and throw the pen into your go bag, ammo bag, pocket, purse, truck, or anywhere else you may need it. You can do this confidently as the pens are fully leak proof.

Returns:
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from that date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging you received it in, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect the item for any damages or flaws and notify you immediately of our finding and status of your return and refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 14 days for the refunded amount to show as credited back to your credit card.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying all shipping cost on returned item(s), and shipping cost will not be refunded or waived on returned items.
